For providers
Offer a programme to our members.
Airlines, banks, insurers, clinics, schools and shops that serve Chinese families well are welcome to bring a programme to the membership. TAS Member Services negotiates and runs every programme on behalf of the houses.
TAS Member ServicesQuestions
Questions about benefits.
How do I use a benefit?
Show your member card. Your card lives on your phone, and each programme sets out how it is used in the place where you live.
Do benefits differ from country to country?
Yes. Programmes are arranged where members live, so the providers differ from one country to another. Your card is the same everywhere, and every house of the family recognises it.
Does my family share my benefits?
Children under 18 are included on a parent’s membership. Each adult in the household holds their own membership, and membership is free.
Who provides the insurance?
Licensed insurers in the place where you live. Membership is not insurance, and the insurer decides every policy and every claim.
What is free to everyone?
The guides, Scam Watch, the Consular Desk, referrals to free local help and the association network. No card is needed for any of them.
